    Default Officially two weeks out

Today marks the 14th day since my surgery and I feel great! My whole experience was pretty darn fantastic and I feel really blessed to have had zero issues. I was pretty tiered the 1st week but I did have surgery on Friday and go back to my desk job on Monday. I thought I would be hungry but so far I haven’t. I’ve been working really hard to get my protein in; most days I do, some days I don’t. I get at least 30g in everyday. I’m excited to start eating again but only because I still find it crazy that a few bites will fill me up. Even now I get so shocked when my 3 bites of jello makes me have to pause for awhile. I’m super excited that I decided to do this and can’t wait to see my results in 6 months from now!!!
Big shout out to my Dr, Dr Alvarez!! He and his whole team could not have been any better.

Congratulations on doing so well and getting back to work. That is awesome and you will be amazed at how quickly the pounds will start falling off. The fun part is buying new clothes, but not too many early on because I've gone from an 18 to 10's and 8's.

That is great to here. I have surgery on Tuesday so I hope I have the same experience post-op.
