    Default Back At Goal!!!

    Woo Hoo!!!
Down 1.6 at WW today and that puts me back at goal! I am so proud of myself If you've had a regain, don't be embarrassed, don't put your head in the sand. One pound becomes 10 and 10 pounds become 30. Keep your eye on the prize, which is maintenance. We know that maintenance is not easy, but being diligent and mindful are two ways that we can remain successful. Yay Me!!!!

Whoo hoo! I did it too today, goal of 130. Now I want to stay here for the rest of my life! That was about a 16 pound loss since February.

    So proud of US!

Congrats on a job well done!
I never doubted you could do it.
English is not my first language anymore, so I may and do make mistakes in my spelling, or say things oddly. Please ask me, if you want any clarifications.

It's exciting and scary at the same time. At WW Saturday a girl was talking about "when I reach goal" how great things will be. Sorry to burst your bubble, but there is no end point. No place you will stay without continuing to work it. Wish it was easier, but it is sure worth it. I am thrilled. 130 is my number baby! (Though I would have liked it if the Kilimanjaro weight stayed off, but that was sort of like having the flu for 9 days, you drop tons and it comes back as soon as you can eat again).

    You are so right!
    There is no end point...
I really have to keep that in mind, I think it is the most important thing in loosing the excess weight.

    Man,
I was thinking this very thing this morning. Losing the weight is one thing, but maintenance is just a whole different ballgame. I know that after five years I definitely "relied" on my sleeve to do the dirty work. I had "forgotten" that it was me that needed to remain vigilant. It is never ending, but it is worth it!

Kenyon & Sraebaer! Happy dancing for you both!

Yes, that realization that new eating is forever, with only very small exceptions, is a gift versus a burden. Health. Appearance. Feelings.

We are awesome wherever we are on the journey, as long as we keep going. And stopping, turning around, left turns, are indeed part of it.

Thanks for being the best "guides" on the trip.
