    Default How to Lose 10 pounds super fast

    Attachment 28489Climb Mt. Kilimanjaro. 45 miles and a total ascent of over 18,000 feet. Highest point 19,332 feet. At that altitude you feel sick and have to force yourself to eat knowing you need the energy to climb. Lost 10 pounds, but after 2 weeks of eating normally it's back. But I'm still at my Kili goal, 10 pounds below the weight I had maintained over 5 years.

    Would have been cool if it stayed off!

    I've been to Europe, Canada, and South America, but Africa was my favorite. Probably because I love nature, not towns.

    You made me giggle with the "climb" as the first step -- you spent a year preparing to be successful all way around this adventure, and kudos! You prepared your body for the climb, you gave up caffeine, you ate a very healthy choice of foods getting ready to do this!

    Didn't give up caffeine, gave up alcohol. I should start working on the caffeine now. I didn't have much in Africa, just one morning cup of coffee. There only Americans and Europeans drink coffee, Tanzanians drink tea.

    yes i agree to lessen alcohol intake, but less caffeine wouldnt hurt too. A balance of it would be helpful.

    Sometimes, in losing weight, there's a risk of losing important nutrients too. You got to have regular balanced healthy diet and regular exercise routine.

    Hi,

    Few important points to consider for shedding weight fast are:

    Try following a low-calorie & rich nutritive diet. A low-calorie diet is recommended when trying to lose weight.
    Avoid junk food. At all cost say NO to Junk foods.
    Add lean protein. Lean protein helps build muscle mass.
    Try incorporating high-intensity cardio in daily regime
    Add weights :-)
    Eat fewer carbs :-(
    Eat foods which reduce bloating.

    This in short means that it will take approx 8-10 weeks, or over 2 months to lose 10 pounds. Two months however, is an average. You might lose those 10 pounds in just 3 weeks, while it takes your best friend several months(thanks to his genes).
