Congrats on having a date. Make sure you take good before pictures wearing as little as possible (swimsuit or undergarments) and in a place where it is easy to recreate the same distance. You may hate looking at them now but down the road you will be thankful you have them. Make sure you take measurements (neck, biceps, chest, waist, hips, thighs, calves) and starting weight. Keep a log and retake pictures, measurements, and weight every 2 weeks. You will be thankful to have a clear log of your journey and also when your weight doesn't shift you are often still losing inches. I love looking at my old pics of my journey. Good luck.

Welcome and congrats on your upcoming surgery date. It's an exciting time , I remember how excited I was and anxious to get things going. Take this time to read everything you can and ask any questions you might have. This place really helped me and I don't know if I'd have finally pulled the trigger to have the surgery if I hadn't joined and read such good and honest information.

It's a lifestyle and a huge commitment, but I can tell you it's been one of the best decisions I've ever made.
