I lost a bit between months 3-6. It wasn't enough for anyone else to notice but I knew by the amount of hair in the bathroom in the mornings.
It didn't last and it grew back to normal pretty quickly.
If you are not expecting it, it can be a bit of a shock.
Hang in there. It will all be ok :-)

I think my hair loss started around month 4 but it did last quite a while. like 8 months or more. But it was a fair trade to also lose all that excess body weight.

Good luck with your hair loss.
At 9 months, it seems long...did you have a blood test done recently? how is your iron/ferritin level? when I'm deficient my hair fall immediately...

Yes, I started losing hair around month three, and it lasted until month 5 or 6. When I started losing my hair, I increased my protein, and now I am almost 2 years out, and it has all grown back. Congratulations on your weight loss, you are doing great!

I started losing it in month 2, lots between month 3 and 7. It slowed down a good bit after that and I feel like my normal shower hair loss is back now. I already had a thinning spot where I normally part my hair and it's much thinner. I just part in a different spot now hoping it will grow back.

Haha, nice. I would like to have curly hair. This should be amazing. I adore girls with curly hair. They are more special in my opinion. I didn't do such an experiment, but after I did dreadlocks, my hair was a little curly the first time I took them out. But in time, he came back, and he's right again. Maybe your hair will be straight again in a while. By the way, dreadlocks are very lovely, and I learned how to do it from https://ambrosae.com/guide-to-starter-locs/. It's a bit complicated, but instead, the result is 10 out of 10.
