Hello, everyone! I have a question that really bothers me. Why am I still at such a large size at my weight? I am 5'1" and weigh 155, 20 lbs from goal. I wear a size 16! (And I know some would give their eye teeth to wear a 16). I know it has to do with my being a shortie, but I'm only probably a small to midsize frame and I have a hourglass figure (of sorts). It's so frustrating to hear about tall people (and I know we're not supposed to compare our weight losses) who may weigh 155 but be at a size 10 or less. I mean, I'm happy for them, but I can't understand it. Can anyone give me a reasonable explanation so I can understand this and maybe feel better about myself? Don't get me wrong, I'm thrilled to have lost 50 lbs and be in a L shirt instead of 2-3xxx depending on the brand and size 22 pants. If anyone knows why this is or has the same "problem" please tell me their opinion. I've been this way all my life, when I did weigh around 120 or so, I was still in about a size 12 and medium!
