You will do great. 15 lbs before surgery is great. That is more than average. Follow your surgeons instructions to the letter. You can do tis. this is for you and no one else. One of the best aspects of sleeve surgery is you lose quickly. You will lose a lot in the first two months and then settle into a nice consistent weight loss. Remember on this forum it's OK to be a loser. Best of luck and keep us posted. The folks on this forum know how you feel and want you to succeed.
