Weighed in yesterday expecting it to fluctuate again but thankfully ive lost 3 ibs since 10 days ago so thats the 3rd weigh in in a row now ive lost weight 7 ibs in last 3 weigh ins 😁 so maybe just maybe even at 2 yrs 3 mons out i can still hit my goal of 17 st or 238 ibs yet 🤔😎... My aim is get 7 more ibs off for sept 1st... That would be my primery Goal weight!!
