Hello everyone. I have noticed a lot of the time when I eat dense food like chicken, fish, beef or ham, it keeps me feeling full for two or three hours. This is a good thing in some ways, but I need to start getting my water in because I have a hard time getting it all in anyway, and I'm just too full. I usually eat only 2 ounces (occasionally 3) of meat plus maybe 1/3 cup to 1/2 of veggies. If I try to drink after 30-40 minutes, I feel so uncomfortable that I give up until the 2-3 hours have passed by. Does this happen to anyone else? If I'm eating cheese or peanut butter or light foods, it does not happen. Is there something I need to do and should I be concerned? I am 10 months out and have not had any real problems. Thanks for any responses and ideas that might help my worries. Barb
