Don't waste your energie on a so called ""pouch reset".
Just go back to the basics and eat as a sleeved person should, protein first, then your veggies and if room some healthy carbs.
There is no such thing as a "reset", not for your sleeve and not for your mind.
Just follow the wls rules again.
English is not my first language anymore, so I may and do make mistakes in my spelling, or say things oddly. Please ask me, if you want any clarifications.

What Dutchie said... I heard the resets aren't possible and a waste of time and energy.

As both of the ladies said it's really not about "resetting" the pouch it's about changing you diet back to what it should be. The pouch hasn't grown what's grown is your appetite from eating empty calories through refined carbs and sugars. So cutting out those foods will shrink your appetite back down and lower your calorie intake. Nutritious foods fill you up, refined carbs and sugars don't.

Pouch resets are a joke. My NUT said do it if you want to, it won't hurt anything, just call it a "mind reset."

Get out your original materials and review the basics. Eat how you should, protein first at every meal, then veggies, then good carbs. Don't drink with meals. Take your vitamins. No junk food or grazing. Exercise. You can do it!

I'm 5 years out and feel restriction when I eat how I should. I also have to exercise a lot to maintain my weight. Climbed a mountain again today!
