I’m trying to figure out if my goal weight is realistic. Maybe I should change it? I’m at 171 I’m on the taller side 5’9. I’ve always had 150 in my head for myself. So 20 more pounds. I’m 7.5 months out. I work out just about every single day now. I don’t know when factoring in extra skin...there really isn’t much.. if 150 is attainable. I want a goal I can actually meet.
