    Default Undecidedly indecisive... lol

Omgoodness y'all... I just don't even know about this! My kids (6 of them if you don't know me, lol) went to a friends house. I dropped them off around 6 hours ago. The first couple hours of peace & quiet was rather nice. Now I am just bored! I just don't know how to be alone, I guess. The binge eating disorder is not doing good at this moment. Boredom eating... ugh! At least I admit it! I'm working on this problem but can't overcome it overnight! But the guilt from it is overwhelming! Maybe I should go to bed... but I don't want to go to bed. Ugh. Guess I'm going to bed. *sigh*

    Hey Michelle,

It takes time to correct anemia, you are probably actually "really hungry" because the anemia is still there...I would say the best way to deal with that is to increase your iron intake from food too. Blood sausage (if you can find it) is a very big help in my book, with a tad of vitamin C during that same meal...
when my ferritin level was very low I was craving chocolate like crazy...I always knew the results before getting the blood test done with those clues..

I hope you will feel better soon!
