Breathe, sip, walk and then walk more. Take it easy and listen to your body with drinking, eating and what is good for your new lifestyle. Do your research, listen to others who are successful and develop diligence, dedication and embrace the tool that will change your life!
Continued success and welcome to the "Losers' Bench"! Keep in touch and let us know how you're doing...
Congratulations! Jerzeygirl pretty much covered it. Rest! Don't get moving too quickly! Take time to heal! I was up vacuuming within a week and couldn't figure out why I didn't have the energy to complete the job. I was put in my place on this site. Lol. Your taste will change after surgery so don't stock up protein shakes, or anything for that matter, because what you like may change. There are protein shakes that you can get samples for so that you can try them. I'll attach a link for you to look at.

How exciting.
As above take it easy! You will have just had major surgery.
Sip water all the time, sleep when you feel like it, walk as far and as often as you can.
Stick to your surgeon plan and all will be good.
Please let us know how you are getting on when you feel up to it.
Your life is about to change big-time!
If you do this right it will never be the same. Again, that's a good thing.
