So who knows? My theory is if it's something God made like meat, fish, fruits, veggies, beans, etc. we were meant to eat it. Probably a stupid theory, but I'm going with it.

    that

But I don't make my own mayonaise or ketchup or other condiments and things of that nature.
I do, however, read the labels and search for the healthiest one.
English is not my first language anymore, so I may and do make mistakes in my spelling, or say things oddly. Please ask me, if you want any clarifications.

Some of the best nutritional advice I've ever gotten is more akin to common sense: You are what you eat. Everything in moderation. Too much of one thing is not good. Limit portion sizes. Eat slowly and chew thoroughly. Plan ahead. Read labels. Don't eat anything that has more than 5 ingredients. Don't eat foods with ingredients you can't pronounce. Eat the rainbow (NOT skittles, fruits and vegetables). Drink more water. Move more, sit less.

Considering the evolving nature of dietary recommendations, how do you personally navigate through the varied advice and decide what works best for your individual health, especially post-gastric sleeve surgery?
