    Default upcoming surgery

So my surgery date is in 2 weeks, and I just have a few questions to ask.

    1. Afterr surgery, did any of you see your shoe size chaning?

    2. Women, how did your breast change after surgery?

    3. I keep coming accross this book, The Emotional first Aide Kit. Have any of you read it? Was it useful?

    Exiting times for you!

As to #1: yes, my feet are smaller, about one size.

#2: o yes, they changed... lost a lot (all of it actually) fatty tissue in my breasts.
I can live with it... I don't want a breast lift, but some women do.

#3: I've not read it, so no idea.
Sounds good though, so why not just read it and form your own opinion?

    Good luck!
English is not my first language anymore, so I may and do make mistakes in my spelling, or say things oddly. Please ask me, if you want any clarifications.

Gosh I HOPE my feet get smaller after surgery! They got at least a full size bigger with my pregnancy and extreme weight gain. Have so many cute shoes that I would love to start wearing again!

My surgery is June 3rd, so I can't answer your questions, but I am hoping NOT to lose what little breasts I have... lol
As for shoe size, I lost tons of weight years ago, and yes, I did lose a shoe size

    1. After surgery, did any of you see your shoe size changing? - Yep down 1/2 to 1 full size.

    2. Women, how did your breast change after surgery? LOl - what breasts?! I just seem to have flaps of skin now. I'm ok with this as they "fold up" in to a bra and look ok. Not planning on any surgery.

    3. I keep coming accross this book, The Emotional first Aide Kit. Have any of you read it? Was it useful? Never heard of it.

Shoe size went down 1-2 sizes depending on the shoe. Breasts went way down-no plans for lift, etc. I have heard of the book, haven’t read it.

I wish you all the best as you embark on this amazing journey ;-)

I still wear all my same shoes. I have hundreds of shoes, I'd wear them still even if they were too big.

Boobs!! I have always had huge boobs even when thin. I have also always hated them. I was told I had to lose weight to get insurance to cover a reduction. Then I was told I lost too much weight. Of course! I had my reduction/lift April a year ago. (Self pay) It was the absolute best thing I've ever done for myself. Incredibly thrilled about being able to go braless. I was thinking about it yesterday when I was out in public and didn't have a bra on. Boy, it makes me grin like a Cheshire cat. Last August, I ended up getting the breast implants that my surgeon recommended for the upper pole fullness. I wish I had just stuck with the reduction/lift, but still so so happy with my boobs.

    1. After surgery, did any of you see your shoe size chaning? Yes! I think all that weight was squishing them to be bigger than they actually were. Plus if you own any wide calf boots you won't need those anymore. But more important than shoes, while fat my feet ALWAYS hurt, now they never do.

    2. Women, how did your breast change after surgery? About a 40/42 C to a 34 B. Luckily bras come with padding!

    3. I keep coming accross this book, The Emotional first Aide Kit. Have any of you read it? Was it useful? Haven't heard of it, but it sounds helpful.

    1. My shoe size did not change. I always had skinny feet as a fat person, though.
    2. I went from an overflowing 34DD to a small 32A. So yeah... my boobs ran for the hills.
    3. I have not read that book.
