Yes I am tracking. I have stayed under my daily points, not intentional just can't eat anymore by the end of day.

    jerzey,
Even the WW snacks! I don't buy them. I simply cannot control myself around a cookie or protein bars, etc. I do not buy them, I don't even go down that aisle in the grocery store!

Make sure that you are eating enough--unfortunately, I don't have that problem! Even if you go over your points, you still have your weekly points and any activity points that you earn.

Glad I inspired you! I think Weight Watchers is weight loss for dummies. (I don't even know what a macro is). I have lost 12 pounds since February. Slow, but it's not as easy after so many years. I'm at my Kili fighting weight now. I just need to get my shoulder better by August, finally had an MRI today. Hurt it before Christmas, saw doctors twice, and finally demanded an MRI. The medical profession is making me angry. I may have to climb my mountain with a sore arm, because I sure don't have time for surgery first. I'll find out what's up Monday.
