So what do ya'll drink in the mornings in place of coffee? I'm almost 3 months out & down 41 pounds! I know I should be happy about that but I feel it should be more. I have to get up really early for work so I usually drink a cup of coffee with French vanilla creamer (I know I should do sugar free but I hate the taste of it) and then I usually drink a premier protein drink. I love coffee, but it kinda makes me jittery. Any suggestions on something else I could drink in the mornings besides coffee that would help wake me up, but doesn't have a ton of calories?
