    Question It's been 10 months. I'm freezing :D

    Hello,
I feel very healthy. Very happy about the weight loss. But i have a problem. Mostly i feel chill. I know weather is cold but i always go to bed with only underwear now i wear pijamas and take huge quilt wear extra clothes. My hands always cold. I have flu like every one or two week. I was thinking about the loss of my cold shield body fat may be that's why. Anybody experience this ?

HI Mideem, I too have this problem. I was always very hot before and now I can't get warm. I have to go to bed with socks on and pyjamas. I think Our bodies have been reset and we also don't have our layer of blubber to keep us warm. I would rather be cold all the time and think than fat.

I think your body will adjust. After 5 years I'm not cold all the time anymore. It's true, that fat was insulation!

I was cold before, colder now -- but I have CAD and kinda of poor circulation. I do think fat was a bit of insulation, but my feet weren't particularly fat -- so I can't blame the cold feet on them!

    I am still cold!
Sleeping with socks, pyjamas, and a thick cover with 3 extra fleece blankets, plus one extra over my feet.
Hubby has to unwrap the whole package when he has plans... tmi?
English is not my first language anymore, so I may and do make mistakes in my spelling, or say things oddly. Please ask me, if you want any clarifications.

I used to be cold all the time as well. I am not nearly as cold as I used to be. I still get chilly easier than most but am not always freezing. I am 2 1/2 years out. I don't know why you are getting sick so often...that could be lack of proper nutrients. Are you taking a good multi vitamin?

I feel the cold much more than when I was fat.
I'm layering on the thermals and my partner is in shorts and singlet!
In bed I just turn on the electric blanket and get all nice and toasty.
Haven't been ill though. "Touch wood".
Take all my vitamins plus extra Vitamin C in winter and have a flu jab. No doubt there will be a cold or virus around that I might get but not so far.
