Default Explanation about the set point

This is the most understandable explanation I've seen so far.
WLS lowers the set point, allowing us to eat less and still function well.
    Nice video!

English is not my first language anymore, so I may and do make mistakes in my spelling, or say things oddly. Please ask me, if you want any clarifications.

DutchSleeve, thank you for sharing this. My weight seems to "want" to stay between 126-130. I'm okay with that. I prefer the 126 range (I know, its just a number...) but it makes me feel like I finally hit the "chart" weight of my youth. Silly silly silly.

My clothes fit fine either way, and I think that and my energy level are my best markers. I have a large rib cage, and my ribs sit very close to my hip bones, so no "wasp" waist ever. I like being a rectangle person

Thanks for sharing.A great video and I knew about the set point before hand. It all makes sense. I just hope my body will want to stay at the new set point forever.

This is why I still track and log everything I eat.
