    All the best.
This is such an exciting time for you. :-)
The first few days you won't be up to much but after that each day will just get better and better.
Sleep when you can, walk as often and as far as you can, sip, sip, sip that water and be kind to yourself.
Please let us know how you are getting on.

Doing really well. Sore. But came home around 4 and have been walking and sipping. Everyone’s advice and openness on here has been a big help.

One silly question, how do you get the weight chart on your signature?

You're going to love this journey! Be patient and do a little more each day, sip like it's your job, and take your time moving from one stage to another. This is just the beginning of a whole new lifestyle, so plan how you want to live it

Glad that you are home and doing well.
Take it easy this week and just concentrate on getting your fluids in and walking as much as you feel you can. Rest and sleep.
You are not going to believe how this is going to change your life for the better. :-)

Hope your surgery went well and you are recovering well. Remember week 1 is the worst but it will get a little better and easier each day.
