    Default Hello all

Hello everyone. I am new here but i had my sleeve done August 17,2018. I have lost 72 pounds but my weight loss has stopped. Any suggestions? I would like to lose 80 more pounds.

    Hello

It took me 2 years to reach my surgeon's prediction. I had many stalls. It's normal and expected. Keep on eating right, drinking lots of water between meals, exercise...and weight loss will starts again!

Just keep on doing what they told you to do! No sugar or junk food, minimal good carbs. And add exercise if you haven't. Stalls are normal, keep up the good work. Congrats on the 72 pounds!

    Hi You are doing great.
    Everyone loses at different rates.
Stick to your surgeons program. Protein first, some green veg and if room a small amount of carbs.
    Drink water! All the time!!!
Exercise if you are not already. I walk - and that is all I do apart from 1 yoga class a week - but it is for 45-60 mins each day.
Stalls are really frustrating but if you keep doing what you are supposed to it will all come right.

When I stalled when I was in the weight loss phase it was always a sign I needed to eat a bit more. As counterintuitive as it sounds, eating too little can make you stall. Just make sure when you up your calories it is from protein and veggies.
