When your stomach is full, it pushes next to the diaphragm a bit more which can cause it to twitch leading to hiccups! Very useful sign to have!

Well, technically the fullness of the stomach triggers the vagus nerve, which causes a lot of involuntary reactions like hiccups, sneezing, sighing, burping, runny nose, watery eyes.
These all can be your fullness signal.
it can be different to different people.
English is not my first language anymore, so I may and do make mistakes in my spelling, or say things oddly. Please ask me, if you want any clarifications.

Hey DutchSleeve I think my “Vagus Nerve “ is stuck !!... I swear I think I’ve experienced all of those reactions!!... I think my stomach just wants to remind me (HEY THATS ENOUGH) .. I hadn’t been sick .. really had t been nauseous, but I burp, hiccup, sneeze, something after I eat... I think sometimes “WOW I got all kind of responses” but I didn’t know they all may Be triggered reaponses ... THANKS

    RUSS
