Default Any help for wrinked, flabby arms?

Since I have gained and lost, gained and lost over many years, underneath my arms are terribly flabby and my forearms are wrinkled. Can anyone tell me what they use (lotions, creams) to minimize this and help them look a little better? I know nothing except surgery will make it go away, just looking for a little help since spring is coming along with short sleeves. I tried looking in the search box but it told me the token has expired. Thanks!

But with surgery you'll have a seam on both arms. I just work out and use lotions, but my arms are far from perfect. In the summer they get a little color from all my hiking (I do use sunblock) and that seems to help make the flab less noticable.

The seam after an arm lift is not really the issue, if it's well done you can't really see it, since we don't walk around with our arms in the air
I had the surgery in July, my skin was very bad and the skin flapping around was hurting, exercise without compressing sleeve was nearly impossible (and I lived in some very hot climates during the past decade) plus in my suits, the skin would get stuck in my jacket sleeves and that was also painful. So now it's a little better, and I was also having the surgery to get tumors removed....that's the only reason why I don't regret having it done because the result is not good, I have "dog ears" and would need a correction. It was supposed to be done in March but had to deal with serious issues first...that's on the back burner at this stage..

Anyway, exercise and getting more muscles will tone your arms, do doubt. But I already had big muscles and my case was far gone...
I like to use oils on scars and face, my fav of all is rose hip oil. Watch for a really good quality, I do buy an organic one on vitacost, it's like 5$ the little bottle and goes a long way.
If you massage the area with oil right after the shower, when the skin is still a little wet it will help with absorption.

That oil is the one I used on my face to help with bad scars on my face (had a really bad case chickenpox at 23, was working in a school to pay for Law school) my face was really bad for the first two months. And my case was so severe the doctors wanted to use me at the hospital as a case study!! I really looked like elephantwoman.
Two month later you could only see 4 scars, with make up it was almost invisible.
Two years later only one was visible if I got hot, but that last one was not red anymore. More than two decades later, no one would know unless they look at my face from 2 cm...

Also, overall, skin is already looking better when you are hydrated, so drink a lot of water, it does make a difference!!

A nice cream, strength training, good nutrition, and stay hydrated. You can minimize the sag. It'll never be perfect but it can be greatly improved. I like the way my body looks for the most part. No matter how much loose skin I have it is still better than when I was obese.

Don't mind my goofy expression because my eyes are super sensitive to the sun and brightness.

I use Q10 moisture cream and lots of other moisturisers as I like to swap from one to another.

Q10 really shows the difference though!

    Also, Bio Oil is good.

Always better if I drink more water as well.

But yes I do have a little wrinkly and crinkly under the arms and upper leg and tummy area, swimming and weights helped it a lot last year I can only swim when its hot here so another month and I can get on with it (its an outdoor pool or the sea for us here no indoorpool available in my home area) which is so frustaring) I am sure weights for the arm area would be excellent sadly I am not in the habit yet of doing this on a regular enough basis.
