The reason I shared this is I want everyone to know how great it is to be sleeved.

There really is no hardship as I can only see the rewards.

And Gosh I love food and eating but having a sleeve just regulates the amount you need to feel satisfied.

Gosh, you are catching up big time!

Size 10 wow that's amazing and you know those left few KGs are slow and kind to us as we soften out the baggy bits of our bodies that need time to iron out.

I have found that my body softens and plumps up again after a period of plateau.

What was baggy skin or wrinkly smoothes out with the help of drinking water switching my eating such as for a day adding some carbs like the odd bit of pasta or bread or potato and then always moisturising with Q10 cream the chaep ones are just as good as the expensive ones.

When I lost consistently it was like a deflated tyre in places in my body.

And of course, moving exercise of any kind helps.

I am 5 foot 3 160 cms.
And at 54 years of age, I think my body knows what's best.
So I am trying to accept the last Kg may or may not happen.

I remember the photo of you in your Snow White Outfit and it stayed with me because. You looked Perfect!

It just made me think differently about everything.

Such as dressing differently joining in more with a fancy dress or social events in a different way.

So Thank you so much for that as it changed quite a lot of things for me.

I bought dresses that I would never dream I could own or wear and the rest is just so much fun!

Thanks for the support and info.
I use bi oil and i am at the gym most days, doing lots of weight sessions. I also walk every day and play tennis.
I am just under 5foot 6 (around 165cm). I am 52 years old.
