    Talking 10 months post surgery

HI! Its is now 10 months since I had the sleeve and I am in such a great place, body and mind. I am almost at goal, with 4kg to go (thats my goal, not the doctors). I have just been on holiday for 10 days and did allot of walking and managed to stay the same weight. I am finding it difficult to shift these last few kg, but hopefully now that I am back home and back at the gym and back in my environment the weight will start to move again. I even bought a pair of jeans on holiday which were a UK size 10. I am so happy with that as that was the size I was hoping to get into when I first started the journey. I even had delicious gelato while on holiday, but that would be instead of a meal. It was definitely worth it. I was hoping to add some photos, but I don't seem to be able to. xx

Sounds like you are doing great! Well done.
It's such fun to get into smaller clothes isn't it?!
And the odd treat now and then is definitely a good thing :-)

Resize your pictures to makes them smaller, and you'll be able to upload them. There are lots of resizing apps you can use.

Congratulations about staying on target and still having the gelato. Smaller sizes are fun. Except sometimes when your almost 67 years old, small cute clothes are too short and don't have any hem to let down! (Not to short in terms of not looking good, but not appropriate for someone my age, in my opinion related to me.)

That is awesome Ellie. Glad you had a great time without gaining weight. I know that is one of the amazing things about the sleeve. No more packing on the pounds on vacation. Just relax and keep following the rules. The last pounds take a lot longer to lose. Like a pound every few months. You will get there.
