Happy Valentine's Day

Or in my case day after anniversary day Yesterday was our 9 year anniversary, and I'm still over the moon for that guy. We went to dinner at one of my favorite restaurants. I ordered 7oz wagyu blackened sirloin with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed veggies. I was able to eat one bite of that magnificent steak, one bite of potatoes, and about half of the veggies. It was all SO DELICIOUS! I also drank about 3/4 glass of wine and had a bite of my carrot cake/apple cinnamon cheesecake. I specifically wanted that dessert even though I knew I wouldn't have room. I ended up not being disappointed that I couldn't eat it because it wasn't tasty at all. I am very much looking forward to the dinner leftovers tonight though.

Yummy looking dinner - we had nachos! But we also had a few strawberries and a small chocolate heart for dessert ;-)
