Hello everyone I'm Tiffany! I have my surgery coming up and I wanted to connected with others who had their surgery over the past 6 months! What should I expect? & How should I prepare myself?

This is a great place for support and advice. I'm 17 months out but there are lots of posts here about what to expect.

From my perspective you can expect an exciting and liberating time. If you put in the ground work then there will be great weight loss, there will be some stalls, there may be some foods that you find don't agree with you anymore, your tastes may change slightly, but above all you will be to the road to a healthier and new you!

Dive on in and have a read - there will be others who have had their surgery more recently along soon I'm sure.
