I'm not sure who you were asking but I will go ahead and answer that question... at first, I did. Sometimes, I will still put too much on my plate. I try to put less than I think I will eat because that's usually too much. It is definitely a learning process. It's funny because on Sunday nights and Wednesday nights, we eat at church. My kids have had to get my plate for a couple weeks because I was suffering from a MS relapse and couldn't walk very well. I had just taken my medicine so I had to wait to eat and one of the ladies in the kitchen came up to me and said "you want me to make you a plate of just meat?"... lol. They still put too much on my plate but I just end up bringing it home. Everyone has been very nice about it. I still struggle with wanting to eat when I'm bored. I'm going to counseling for it because I want this lifestyle change to last forever and a day.
