Happy New Year to all on the Forum. I was away on holiday for 7 days over the NY and have come home weighing slightly less. I was worried because we ate out every day, twice daily and I even allowed myself some chocolate. I hardly ate anything in between and just kept up with small portions and allot of fish or meat and very little carbs. I am feeling great, except I find if I don't go to the gym and do weights my skin seems to sag allot more. Back to the gym tomorrow. I even managed to go without weighing myself everyday.
