I was so sick of protein drinks after surgery I finally gave all my leftovers away to a newbie at support group. But then years later I came back. Now I have at least one a day. I look at it as "insurance" toward my protein goal. I also love it in my coffee!
I know you love it in your coffee, and after seeing you post about it, I finally gave it a try. It was so good! I've not been a coffee drinker since surgery because my protein shakes cured that craving, I guess because they have caffeine. My mom bought me a fancy coffee pot a few months ago, so I figured I should at least try it out. I may start doing it more often if I can remember to clean the grounds out of it. I forgot them and let them sit. It has a permanent filter, so it was a mess trying to clean those parts.

I have actually gotten away from the protein shakes a bit. I have been making my morning super coffee with the fairlife milk and a scoop of collagen powder. It has 30.5 g of protein so it assures I will hit my protein goal. Plus, I can't find the EAS Advant Edge Cold Brew flavored one anymore.
