Cool Dreading Wednesday - going home to scales :(

We've been on vacation 10 days with friends who are fabulous cooks and who love going out. It is an absolute ball. Last year, being only a few months out with sleeve, I actually brought my scales with me. This year I did not.

So Wednesday morning will be a day of reckoning.I haven't made terrible choices (I don't think) and I've tracked it all but my steps are way down.

But I'm not my number and I can get off anything I got on, right?

    Of course you can!
But it will not be much, if any.
With mostly healthy choices there is not much that can go wrong, is there?
And if so, you had a great time and now it is back to the basics.
Don't worry, you'll be fine either way!
English is not my first language, so I may and do make mistakes in my spelling, or say things oddly. Please ask me, if you want any clarifications.

Come on Annie, you are more than a number on the scales. :-)
You have had a fabulous vacation so concentrate on the memories of that and don't stress about the scales.
It may well have moved to a number that you are not best pleased with, but you know how to deal with that and you will.

I gained 5 pounds over the holidays (also my birthday!). So far I've lost 2 of them. I saw my doctor today who didn't yell at me, said weight gain is common this time of year. I've got this! (I hope).

If you gained you can lose it.
I lost too much weight and had to gain 25lbs to get up to my goal.
(Never had that problem before :-) )
So over a few months I gained and then before I knew it I was 10lbs over my goal.
I got right back into counting calories and I lost it very fast, and I've maintained since.
So dont stress it too much. You'll be able to loose IF you gained
    sleeved 12/30/14 @255lbs Goal 140lbs
    3/3/15- 208lbs 6/14/15- 163lbs
    lost 92lbs in 1st 6mo
    9/10/15- 139 1/5/2016 - 128lbs
    lost 128lbs in 1 year
    4/4/16 - 123lbs 7/4/16 - 129lbs 12/3/16- 130
    still 128lb loss@2 year mark-11lbs below goal
gained 13lbs by 3 year mark weighing 142lbs
Gained up to 158 by 3 years 3 months!
    3.5 years back to 142
    hoping to stay between 140lbs-145lbs
Its been 3.5 years!! If I can do it,
    you can do it!
