So what are yours? Those of you just starting out can look forward to 2019 being the best year ever! It is so much fun watching the pounds fall off, shopping for new clothes, getting compliments, etc. Enjoy!
My goal is to reach 130 by August when we attempt to climb Kilimanjaro. I think my goal of 140 is a little high. Not to mention I'm a little above 140 with my birthday and company for most of December. But I'm good at getting back on track. I know what I need to do and will do it.
My second goal is to hit the gym at least twice a week for weight training. I am not a gym person, but I know I need it. Hopefully I'll start to like it and maybe increase the goal from twice to more often. I SO love the outdoors, even on a day like today when it's about 20 degrees. Not sure why I hate the gym, except that it is not outdoors.
