    I am totally not doing keto regardless of who recommends (except my PCP who wouldn't). I get why people do it. One of my friends daughter does it. But putting butter on everything that goes in your mouth seems bad regardless of age! I have had 2 large strokes, 4 small ones and a triple bypass that failed in 6 months -- so any thing that's over the top any direction strikes me as ill advised.

    That said, I do protein first, complex carbs, fats and then if I have any appetite, maybe a cracker or air popped popcorn.

    I take my cues from you, Ann2, Sraebaer -- all a bit different, but moderate!
