Anyone with excessive belching?

I was sleeved 1 1/2 yrs ago and I’ve had excessive belching for the entire year and a half. I thought it would go away after the surgery but never has. Does anyone else share this embarrassing problem? Does it have to do with the surgery or just a coincidence that it started after being sleeved? What can I do to help prevent it?

I get the belching if I eat too mcu or too fast. That is one of my triggers to shut it down. It only last for 30 minutes or so though.

Same here. I get belching and/or hiccups (the really loud obnoxious kind) if I eat too much or too fast as well. Other than that, I am fine.

Too much or too fast or both here too.

In my case, mostly foam/hiccup (belching really rare but still there sometimes) but I did notice it's mainly when I eat things my stomach doesn't like.

Spices like Cayenne pepper and broccoli are still a big nono, but at some point I couldn't have any cruciferous veggies without being really sick. It got better..
