Default Need assistance in tracking your protein?

I just found an app last night that I wish I had found many months ago... it's called 'Baritastic'. It let's you add all your macros where my fitness pal makes you pay for premium service to do that. So far I love it! Just thought I'd share!

I use a free app called Fat Secret - does the same thing. Dreadful name but very helpful.

I never heard of that one. I had a folder on my phone of apps to do several different things pertaining to weight loss but now I only have to have one. I guess this app can connect the surgeon and patient without going into the office. If your surgeon wants to track your scanned meals, they give you a code to enter into conversations with your surgeon and only him/her. I love that.

I tried tracking. I just have a hard time with it. I did it for about 2 or 3 months but it is just not my thing. I found it too time consuming. LOL. I have relied a lot on being an intuitive eater and listening to my body.

Yes! It is! I basically just want to see if I can meet my goal for protein and water intake. I finally did yesterday & today. I will probably do it for a couple weeks to make sure I meet my goals and then slowly back off. I have to say that meeting that goal has kept me full all day long. Nauseous even at times. Especially when my daughter cut some of her finger off tonight. I thought I was going to lose all the nutrients I actually got in today.
