Excited about my day yesterday... 8 weeks post op

I lost 10 pounds on the liver shrinking and 21 pounds so far and I am real excited about that.
Just going out of 2XL into 1XL.

Good on ya, Michelle! It's the wins all the way "down" that keep us inspired. And in maintenance, the life we get to live that keep us inspired!

Mine told me to try to stay away from red meat as much as possible but that pork was fine in moderation... maybe 1-2 times a week. I switched out my ground hamburger meat for ground turkey. I have probably stayed under 25 g of carbs the whole time. Before this week, I was struggling to get more than 30 g of protein. The protein powder hasn't been my friend but it's getting better. Congrats on your loss so far! That is exciting!
