I am 5 weeks out. I did not know that I could have pepporoni, my nutritionist said no beef or pork for a while.
I was hoping to eat a small piece of prime rib that my husband cooks every Christmas.
I log my food and tried to be at 70 gr of protein, less than 50 gr of carbs and around 800 cal every day
I lost 10 pounds on the liver shrinking and 21 pounds so far and I am real excited about that.
Just going out of 2XL into 1XL.

Mine told me to try to stay away from red meat as much as possible but that pork was fine in moderation... maybe 1-2 times a week. I switched out my ground hamburger meat for ground turkey. I have probably stayed under 25 g of carbs the whole time. Before this week, I was struggling to get more than 30 g of protein. The protein powder hasn't been my friend but it's getting better. Congrats on your loss so far! That is exciting!
