I had a Circumferential Body Lift, gynaecomastia and liposuction on 21 December ( I have a blog running on this).
2kg skin and 60 centilitres of fat sucked out my man boobs
Basically do what ever makes you happy but DO NOT under estimate the pain post surgery and the fact it’s a major operation.
Two days ago I bent over and split open the wound on my back, I have to go back into hospital tomorrow to be stitched up...just have to take things very easy, I reckon I’ve set myself back by two weeks.
Choose your surgeon wisely, make sure aftercare is on hand and have lots of time off work - oh and someone to look after you
Good call, do it only when you feel good and ready.
Interestingly it was around 14-15 months post VSG that I went to see a plastic surgeon. Prior to seeing him I didn’t feel big around the middle with the excess skin or man boobs but once I had met the plastic surgeon and discussed what could be done it brought it all to my conscious thought.
I began to feel fat and big around the and middle.
My point being in seeing a surgeon even to just discuss options it may change your perception of yourself and how you feel about yourself.
Plastic Surgery works. My wife has done it after she gave birth to a child. The similar situation as above.
My sister had a tummy tuck, after she gave birth to her 3rd kid. But something probably went wrong, because she started to feel uncomfortable after that
I totally didn't want to do it
I had Tummy Tuck
