Great job Carla!! You look awesome! I get it about not telling people. I only told a couple of close friends and my immediate family. I did not tell my extended family and in laws. The funny thing is that some people who knew me fat (like people I have met in the last few years) seem to have forgotten I was ever fat. They think I have always looked like this. So odd. And the compliments or comments on being "tiny" never get old. Shopping and getting ready are totally way more fun and easier now. Keep up all the hard work. Wishing you continued success!!

English is not my first language anymore, so I may and do make mistakes in my spelling, or say things oddly. Please ask me, if you want any clarifications.

    Hi Christie,

    Thank You.

So funny that you say that people always have seen you as tiny and forgotten that you were fat.

People respond to us differently don't they!

I feel its because we have changed, you know, our energy in ourselves is more transparent and we are probably connecting with everything in a different way.

They can feel it from us. Therefore massive changes have come from us which have adjusted everything.

I can feel that some people are now happier to say come and do this or that. I know that they feel I will consider it whereas before I kept my head down and

did not become so involved in things.

It is so good to see your continued success and happiness.

By the way, I loved the Snow White outfit that you showed us. You look AMAZING! on all your photos.

    Hi Dutch Sleeve,

    How are you doing?

I am sure I can tone myself more and lose maybe the next few KG's.

I am so surprised by the way food is better than it used to be.

I actually take my time and enjoy sitting down to eat,

I used to just fuel up in a great big rush and overeat.

Look at your weight loss you are tiny!

I would love to be smaller than I am.

How long did it take you to get down that low?

You will be coming up for 2 years soon!

Please let me know how you are and anything you think that might be helpful in your experience.

I love my Dogs they are such a big part of our lives in Turkey.

We could not have had as many when we were in the UK as we did not have the facilities.

I used to have 2 little ones weighing 7 KG. The biggest one now is 70 KG!!!

I found her on the mountain road starving as she had been dumped and she was 38 KG which for her breed was very underweight.

She has been healthy now for 3 years and is a similar breed and size of a great Dane.

    So it's all Good.

Carla, that's dedication for our "furry" friends and thankfully you have opened your home, heart and found them "furever" homes! You dedication to the new and improved lifestyle you've attained after bariatric surgery, will see you through the years! Continued success and please give those babies a hug from me. I'm a puppymill rescue person myself and know what it's like to be lucky enough to share a life with the furry survivors.
