Question Skinny pasta - Miracle Rice

Has anyone tried Skinny Pasta or Miracle Rice? Can you tell me what you think about it?

Actually, I don't eat things like that.
I prefer to eat good, tasty, nutritious food.
it seems to me this is filling, not real food.
English is not my first language anymore, so I may and do make mistakes in my spelling, or say things oddly. Please ask me, if you want any clarifications.

I just like to have rice with my chicken curry. I can keep the carb content down in the curry sauce but it's hard to eat it without the rice soaking up the juices.

This may sound strange, but have you tried some sweet potato that you can mash with a fork in your curry?
I found that really compatible and tasty.

Maybe you can try some Quinoa or Farro, some grain that has some protein. I also don't eat rice or starches most times.

    Cauliflower rice is ok too.
I have tried Black bean pasta, edamame pasta and soy pasta and they all taste ok too.

Someone mentioned quinoa earlier, I have replaced rice 100 % with quinoa.

I avoided rice and pastas in the beginning but do eat them sometimes now in small doses. I avoided carbs until I was almost to goal weight. Unfortunately most carb alternatives are not very good. I did like spaghetti squash in place of pasta. I still do that occasionally.
