Yeah, it can be really tricky for sure. hope you get some answers Katrina

Blood pressure tonight is 82/48. It's typically mid to low 80's over mid 50's. It's been this way at least since I had surgery. You know what my doctor told me to do for that? Go to McDonald's and get a large fry with extra salt. I have a low heartrate and blood sugar, too. I've been eating really healthy this week, and I've lost 4 pounds since Monday (112 this morning).

Hello, I know this is an old thread, but I wanted to share my experience with you. I've been in this kind of trouble. I also was without energy after losing weight. Damn, even right now, it's difficult to type this. The first thing that came to my mind is to start exercising. Of course, that helped for a while. But it didn't become a habit, although I liked running in the morning. Happily, I have a friend that recommended me a doctor and even called for an appointment for a free consultation. Kosak Chiropractic saved me at that time. Unfortunately, I have a terrible time sticking to new habits, but I'm definitely gonna return.

My husband doesn't want to go on a diet. It pisses me off.
