My brother, who is 13 months older than me, was the skinny kid and I was the fat kid all while we were growing up. In HS he became tall and skinny and I stayed fat. He lives across the country so we were speaking on the phone on Thanksgiving and he said I looked good (we usually only catch up on Facebook). As we continued to talk about my weight loss I told him that I weigh 187 and jokingly said, "Do I weigh less than you?" Much to my surprise, he said, "Yeah, I weigh 190."

I seriously never even thought it were possible that I could weigh less than my skinny brother! I don't even know why I said that to him. I was joking, I'm sure, as it never crossed my mind that he would respond Yes!!!!
I'm constantly amazed by the changes that this Sleeve Lifestyle is bringing me and oh, so incredibly blessed.
Speaking of Thanksgiving...I was worried a bit about it because so much of the day revolves around food. But I had a wonderful day with family and made choices regarding food that I am happy with. I ate the things that I like in small portions...no sense wasting what little space my tiny tummy allows!! LOL I have had way more carbs this past couple days than usual, but you know what? I do not feel guilty or like I overdid it. It was just for the holiday and I am back to high protein straight away.
I hope that all of you Americans enjoyed your Thanksgiving and didn't stress too much about the food.
