hi everyone
new to this cite it's been 5 years and gained 40 lb and i have to get back on track and i don't really know how to start.
i guess i need some support and what to eat and how much of it. any help would be helpful and thank you for letting vent and let me join

5 years for me too! Just go back to the rules of the sleeve and you will start losing again. Protein first (you will get back to feeling your restriction!), then veggies, then good carbs if room. Don't drink with meals. Take your vitamins. No junk food. Exercise. Do everything you were taught 5 years ago.

I understand the struggle, it's more difficult now that we can eat more. But eating more protein and veggies won't make you gain weight. And exercise helps balance it out.

Protein, veggies, and water. Limit carbs. Exercise. You may need to track your food with a food tracker to give you an idea of what you are eating.

I'm only 14 months out so not qualified to really comment but as above if you go back to basics I'm sure you will see some progress again.
