I thought it a good reminder.
While I do not think you have to never eat real foods again when all you do is eat crap foods it will definitely cause regain. I do think once in maintenance you should eat right other foods in moderation. You cannot be on a diet for your whole life. But you do need to eat right a majority of the time and exercise. Your focus should always be protein and veggies first but then carbs if you really need it. You can still occasionally have dessert (a bite or two) and alcohol occasionally. Just be sure to weigh regularly and adjust when you need to. It works for me.
I'm just thankful my sleeve does its job without my help. I have treats every single day and way more often than I did pre-surgery. I get my protein from shakes, and eat carbs for my food. My tummy only seems to be able to tolerate carbs. Works for me.
