4 year surgiversay

It's been 4 years today!

I intended to get dressed up and maybe take a nice picture today to show how far I've come in 4 years. Turns out I'm not feeling it today.

I actually feel rather down today, and have been for a bit. My whole body hurts, every bone and muscle, and I have no idea why.

With it being the weekend, I weigh more today than I do during the week. Sitting at 117 today.

Meh, I guess it's just another day.

Except it's also Melly's 2nd birthday. Happy birthday to my evil, jerk face cat, Melly Bean.

Hi Katrina,
I congrats on your surgiversary. I am scheduled for sleeve surgery tomorrow. I had no pre-op diet. I actually gained 6 of the 11 I lost over 3 months. I have a lingering cough that I am worried about because post surgery it might hurt my tummy. Please share any tips for first week post op.

You are one of my role models, because you too went to a very low weight and managed to gain something back over time.
Life is not easy for you, the last couple of years.
I am not surprised you feel a bit down... I sure hope you will feel better soon!

Congratulations @Katrina on your 4 Year "Surgiversary"!.

I am sorry that you are feeling unwell.
Could it be that you have a virus/post-virus fatigue?
I sincerely hope that you pull up out this and not morph into Fibromyalgia/ME/CFIDS.

Maybe time to visit you primary health care provider and have a whole set of blood tests done, including nutritional?

Congrats on the 4 years. You have been through so much over those years, you are one strong woman! Hope your daughter is doing better, I think about her all the time.

I'm home sick today too, both hubby and I are down. I blame it on the 4 flights needed to get home from Sicily. Airplanes are germ machines!!
