    Default Flying

I was worried about eating on my long haul flight. However I found boiled egg, spinach and smoked salmon at Pret. I feel so relieved as I didn't want to eat anything unhealthy. Looking forward to some sun. ☺️

    Where are you going?
    South Africa?
Yes, long flights can be challenging, although you can always order special diets.
Have a safe trip and enjoy your time away from home!
English is not my first language anymore, so I may and do make mistakes in my spelling, or say things oddly. Please ask me, if you want any clarifications.

Actually they feed you so much on the international flights you can just eat what's appropriate and forget the rest. (But it was hard to say no to the free wine....)

Where are you visiting in the states? No sun here, sadly...

    Ladies,
You can always carry on a few of your favorite Protien, Meal Replacement Bars, Cookies, High protein snacks are also available in some supermarkets all over the world. I have been flying steady since 18 days post surgery. Today I leave for a 40 hour journey, only 28 hours in the air, the other 12 in transit. WIDM (Matak) to KBNA (Nashville). My flight bag is full of all sort of VSG goodies, Bars, Cookies, Powdered Soups. Why there is even room for my EFB, charts and work stuff. The food on the SE Asian sectors can be a little to noodlie for us folks.
Have a safe trip and I hope you find some sun, I will be doing the same in Nashville. You’ll have a Great Day...... JPMLVM Out!

Thanks for all the advice. Flight went well. Unfortunately I have special food requirements and cannot eat what is on offer. You can't take liquids through customs. I am in California.
