Focus on your protein and hydration.
Make sure nothing is sneaking into your eating plan that really shouldn't be.
Make sure that your serving sizes are correct - measure, weigh, it's hard to judge sometimes.
Throw away the scales for a while (if you can, I can't!) - take measurements instead.
Get up and move :-)
If you are truly sticking to your surgeon's/nutritionist's plans all will be good.
