Hello everyone,
I had gastric sleeve surgery on Thursday 10/18/18. So far so good. I was happy to find this forum. I have already had so many of my lingering questions answered by readings other posts. I have some how managed to lose 18 pounds already In 5 short days. I’m getting very bored on clear liquids and can’t wait to get to stage 2!

Congrats on your new sleeve Mmeghan! The phases suck but you will get through them before you know it. Hang in there. It will get a little easier each day.
