Hi all!!!

I am new here and hoping to et more acquainted with what to expect from the surgery and my new life. It has been 13 days and I feel great. I am trying to really educate myself in eating SLOWLY and CHEW. Although the weigh loss is slow now, I understand that my body is a little upset with me at the moment... lol.

Welcome! I am new at this myself. I just had my surgery 3 weeks ago. I'm trying to educate myself as well. We can support each other along this journey.

Count on me!! look at your progress!!! you lost 30 lbs! you go girl! I WOULD LOVE TO loose more this upcoming week!!
