Very slow Weight loss 10 lb in 1 month

Thank you it's so good to see your stats.I guess I'm considered a lightweight at 225 and5'4".Funny to be called lightweight when ur obese.I guess they lose slower plus postmenopausal at 57.It's just hard to heat Dr say I expected a bigger loss.Your first instinct is he's a bariatric surgeon he should know.

I lost a bit slower as well but ultimately I consider myself a highly successful sleever. Stalls for me were always signs I had to add a little more food and was eating too little.
