    Default Cali'flour

So i haven't bought anything here - yet. But check out https://www.califlourfoods.com

Example - they sell pizza crusts only.

per serving 90 calories, 1 gram net carbs, 1 gram sugar, 8 grams protein

They also sell califlower thins (think crackers).

they have other stuff like Penne pasta, but that's got 31 grams net carbs, so I'd want to stay away from that. Although - that's 31 grams for 1 serving of 55g. I imagine 1/2 a serving is probably enough, so that's closer to 16 grams carbs.

I'll be ordering some pizza crusts from them soon.

I found a pizza crust from Califlour foods at Kroger.

First one I made - I read online about how soggy these get, so I cooked it directly on the oven rack. HUGE mistake. This needs a cookie sheet or pizza pan. First crust ruined.

Second one made on a cookie sheet. I burned the crust. I mean it was almost black, but - I think that's required, to get rid of the sogginess.

    It was AMAZING!!!

I used a low carb pizza sauce, provolone cheese, turkey pepperoni and mushrooms over the whole pizza. On my half, I added a LOT of jalepeno's and some fat free mozarella cheese. On my wife's half, I added some regular mozarella cheese and like 3 jalepenos.

At the same time, my wife made a huge deep dish pizza for her kids. I took one tiny bite of that pizza - and I much preferred this one. It really was delicious. I used the tomato pepper crust. If it's cooked thoroughly, it's amazing. I will buy these again!
